This is the second book of a two book series about the M1911/M1911A1 pistols. This book seems to cover the specs in much more detail than the first book. The diagrams in this book are outstanding and is a great addition to the first one by same author. The books are very thorough and give perspectives into the 1911 that no one else has. If you are even considering starting to work on your own or others 1911's I suggest you get both the Kuhnhausen books. This book has 208 pages and over 183 diagrams.
